💸 Refund Policy

At Pop & Porte-clés, customer satisfaction is a priority. However, due to the personalized nature of our products, certain conditions apply regarding refunds.

1. Personalized products

All personalized items (engraved keychains, custom creations, etc.) are non-refundable, except in the case of:

  • Manufacturing defect

  • Personalization error attributable to Pop & Keyrings

  • Product damaged upon receipt

In these cases, you must contact us within 7 days of receipt with supporting photos at support@popetportecles.ca .

2. Non-personalized products

For standard, non-personalized items:

  • Returns are accepted within 14 days of receipt.

  • The product must be in its original condition, unused and in its original packaging

  • Return costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in the event of an error on our part.

Once the product is received and inspected, a refund will be issued to the original payment method within 5-10 business days.

3. Items not eligible for refund

The following products are not eligible for a refund:

  • Gift cards

  • Items on sale or clearance

  • Custom orders validated by the customer

4. Cancellation of order

Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of purchase, unless production has already begun. After this time, no cancellations will be possible.

5. Complaints and contact

For any complaints or refund requests, please write to us: support@popetportecles.ca indicating:

  • Your order number

  • A description of the problem

  • Product photos (if applicable)
